In recent years, MRS has continued to participate in various outdoor branding activities at home and abroad. It is very important for MRS to participate in outdoor brand activities. It will be the foundation for enhancing the cultural identity of the MRS brand and establishing emotional links with users.

In 2024, MRS continues to be involved in major international races and dealers’ events. In May, MRS provided race product sponsorship for the Jackalope Challenge in Canada.This is a way to give back to the international market to recognize MRS Packrafts and continue to connect with water enthusiasts around the world.

The Jackalope Challenge is a multi-sport adventure race that takes place over 2 days (in stages) on May 18 and 19, 2024. The event is organized by the RIKICO Orienteering and Adventure Club. This is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote and organize orienteering and adventure races in the Lower St. Lawrence region. The event aims to provide teams with an unforgettable adventure while showcasing the beauty and attractions of the Bas-Saint-Laurent region. Jackalope is a two-day stage race in which teams of 2 must cover around 150 km by canoe/kayak, mountain bike and trek/trail running, while orienting themselves with maps and compass. This race aims to offer teams a memorable sporting and human adventure, while showcasing the beauty and attractions of Quebec. The race is designed to challenge experienced teams, but also give new teams the opportunity to experience a longer race format. On this point-to-point course, many checkpoints will be optional, with a reduced number of mandatory ones, to ensure that each team can choose a difficulty level to match its objectives.


The duration of the race will vary between 8 and 12 hours (per day) depending on your choice of routes, checkpoints and speed. There will be time barriers at different points during the race. May 18: Board the bus in the morning for the start, You will finish the race at your car; 19: Board the bus in the morning for the start. Closing of the course and prize-giving will take place at the end of the day.
