We provide after-sales support services for our products. You can buy them with confidence.
If your MRS packrafts product has quality and process problems, we will repair or replace it within 3 years from the date of your initial purchase.
If you need repair due to damage or wear, we can provide fast and low-cost repair service.
If your MRS product has problems within the scope of warranty, please return the product to the factory for evaluation according to the following steps.
You need to provide information about the product (unique code (Stern main air valve – as shown in the figure), purchase date and problems) to help our maintenance technicians evaluate.
Please contact the dealer who purchased the ship first to obtain the approval (help) for returning the product for evaluation.
Our service technicians will give the dealer a service authorization number for your warranty return. Please include this number in your shipping label and the package when returning.
For the problems within the warranty scope, MRS will not charge any necessary material and labor costs to complete the repair and restore the product to its normal operation state. MRS will also pay the freight required to return the product after repair.
Please note: when you return the product for repair or warranty, please ensure that the item is clean and dry. If the ship is wet and unclean, resulting in new problems in long-distance transportation, the buyer will bear the responsibility.

- This warranty is applicable to the situation that the product cannot be used normally due to product quality and process problems (including degumming, leakage, etc.)
- The deck, seats and all accessories on board are guaranteed for a period of 3 years
- This warranty does not apply to product damage caused by accident, improper care, abuse of the product, failure to comply with the manufacturer’s specifications or any other condition in which the product is used, external force or load exceeds its design.
- This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to wear and tear of joints, pipes and floors. Failure to carry out maintenance in accordance with MRS’s recommendations and / or use in conditions other than those recommended, wear parts will be damaged in normal use.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by the use of parts from different manufacturers.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by using products that are incompatible and unsuitable with MRS products.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by commercial and rental use.
All packcraft in MRS have a unique ID. It consists of five letters and is located around the black main air nozzle.
